"Dear Ruth,
I thought I would write you as I have nothing else to do. How is the kid? I am feeling fine. I saw [illegible] today. Him and I are going Buggy riding Sunday. Why don't the [illegible] girls ever write and why can't [illegible] sooner. It seems like a month between every time you write. I layed off from work today and fixed an auto and model 3 and he's going to let me go out riding with him tonight. Last night I went to an Oyster Supper at the Church. I am going down to see [illegible] Johnson Sunday night. I wish you was here you could go along. It is too bad this card is not bigger so I could write more. Your Dear, R[illegible]
